To optimise track laying, we bend rails in our Hayange shop. Software layout and automatic bending machines shape the rail with high precision. After treatment, the products are recorded and taken to worksites by train or lorry.
To reduce rail wear and extend rail service life, we grind the them directly on the tracks. Our teams work in city centres and on networks to correct rail surface irregularities.
This maintenance operation can be performed prior to laying in order to extend the service life of rails, or alternatively directly on a track that is already in operation. In the shop and in the field, our teams grind the rail and deposit a low surface roughness alloy. The entire process is inspected several times to guarantee optimum quality.
