At ETF, health and safety are our top priority, every day, on all our sites and worksites.
To achieve our goal of “zero serious accidents”, we act with transparency, example and dialogue. These are the foundations of our shared health and safety culture.
In order to achieve this, it is essential to comply with the rules, particularly those that respond to an identified major risk. We promote the impact of our activities on the local economy by recruiting people on integration contracts, permanent worksite contracts and sometimes temporary work.
We transform recruitment into sustainable employment and ensure the employability of all our employees, in particular by developing their skills through our internal training centre, ETF Academy. We are also committed to promoting the professional mobility of all our employees, both within ETF and within the VINCI Group.
