At ETF, we believe that there can be no economic success without a human project<\/strong>. This is rooted in our culture. We are convinced that our environmental, social and societal performance will serve the users of our facilities. This is the meaning of the universal commitments set out in the \u201cVINCI Manifesto<\/a><\/strong>\u201d, to which we subscribe on a daily basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To achieve our goal of “zero serious accidents”, we act with transparency, example and dialogue. These are the foundations of our shared health and safety culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In order to achieve this, it is essential to comply with the rules, particularly those that respond to an identified major risk. We promote the impact of our activities on the local economy by recruiting people on integration contracts, permanent worksite contracts and sometimes temporary work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We transform recruitment into sustainable employment and ensure the employability of all our employees, in particular by developing their skills through our internal training centre, ETF Academy. We are also committed to promoting the professional mobility of all our employees, both within ETF and within the VINCI Group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
