Une maintenance approfondie sur une locomotive de train travaux<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In-depth maintenance on a works train locomotive<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

To mark the 16th anniversary of our G1206 locomotive, our technicians carried out in-depth maintenance on each component. This is the most comprehensive maintenance ever carried out on this model, involving two technicians working full time for 11 weeks, or approximately 800 hours of work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We have carried out several key interventions, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  • General overhaul of the gearbox<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Complete overhaul of the hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Requalification of the air tanks<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Overhaul of the bogies and axles<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Checking of the safety systems (ATESS, KVB, RST, RS DAAT, VA)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Maintenance of the combustion engine<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    The locomotive is now ready to resume service at the Vernouillet (78) worksite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
