It allows us to identify the areas for improvement necessary for the optimal use of the HR tools MyPeopleDoc and E-HR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>MyPeopleDoc<\/strong> allows employees to access their employee space to consult and download their payslips and HR documents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>E-HR<\/strong> offers them simplified leave management, the updating of their personal information and secure document sharing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Deployed as close as possible to our agencies and worksites, the training received very positive feedback. Jean M&#8217;NEMOSYME appreciated the \u2018autonomy acquired\u2019 and Moussa COULIBALY emphasised the \u2018mutual assistance and availability of the trainers\u2019. The favourable atmosphere encouraged all participants to progress, as Daniel SMAGGH shared: \u2018Each person can improve at their own pace thanks to PIX.\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ETF is continuing its commitment to digitisation to increase the efficiency and autonomy of its employees<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ETF has set up training dedicated to the mastery of digital tools for its field teams thanks to the PIX platform.
