With a vocational diploma and a professional baccalaureate in mechanics, he quickly found that ETF was the ideal place to develop his skills. The diversity of the machinery, operations and working environments now allows him to take on technically challenging assignments at the heart of ETF&#8217;s operational processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>\u201cWhat I like here is that every day is different. We can work on a machine after a derailment or breakdown and get it back up and running on time. It&#8217;s really satisfying.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>A central role in equipment performance<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>On the ground, Vincent is involved in every stage of the operation:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Lifting machines<\/strong> to remove rolling components<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Inspection and verification<\/strong> of mechanical parts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Reassembly and securing<\/strong> of assemblies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Diagnostics, repair and continuous improvement<\/strong> as required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Each intervention requires autonomy, technical expertise and precision, but also genuine teamwork. I want to be able to work anywhere in France, on any machine.\u201d<\/em> &#8211; Vincent<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>A profession rooted in the reality of the field<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Working at AMM means combining <strong>technical rigour<\/strong> with <strong>a direct impact on operations<\/strong>. It also means working in a close-knit team, where everyone contributes to advancing rail mobility, one project at a time.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Continuous skills development<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>For Vincent, learning never stops.
