During this operation, our teams successfully replaced eight sets of points.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to this operation, the teams carried out night-time cutting work, which enabled them to replace 461 linear metres of track and ballast, 133 linear metres of rail and the sleepers of a nearby engineering structure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>SITE PREPARATION &amp; SYNERGY FOR PERFORMANCE<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>This project was declared a \u2018Restitime\u2019 by SNCF R\u00e9seau, which was particularly attentive to meeting the deadlines for restoration. To meet this need, our teams carried out extensive preparatory work to anticipate different scenarios and work with the client to develop appropriate solutions. Our teams paid particular attention to ensuring the reliability of human and material resources. They set up on-call rosters and planned for backup equipment in case of potential breakdowns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To carry out this large-scale operation, the La Champenoise teams were able to count on the support and expertise of their colleagues at ETF, with the involvement of the catenary agency, Feroway, the Atlantic agency, the South-East agency and the Mechanised Works agency. In total, nearly 60 operational staff were mobilised on the site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>This project was a real technical challenge, which was successfully met by our operational staff, who fulfilled their commitments in terms of safety, deadlines and quality.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our teams from La Champenoise de Travaux Publics et Voies Ferr\u00e9es worked for three months at Clermont-Ferrand station for their client SNCF R\u00e9seau TPSE \u2013 Infrap\u00f4le Auvergne.
