This method of disposal will replace road transport, which would have represented the traffic of around 1,500 lorries. This will significantly reduce greenhouse gas emissions from the project and the impact on local traffic. At the same time, the 44,000 tonnes of crushed concrete will be sold to the CEMEX concrete production unit in Longueil-Sainte-Marie (60) for recycling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Rail: sustainable mobility<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To carry out this project, the old factory track will be extended by ETF teams so that trains can access the site. Three of our agencies have pooled their expertise to best meet the requirements of our client, AP-HP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00cele-de-France operational staff for track work<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the mechanised works agency for the hire of locomotives and wagons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Feroway teams for train driving and site safety.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Our operational staff organised the operations so that other stakeholders were not impacted by our activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Doing useful work<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>This project will be completed in April 2024 and will enable the future Saint-Ouen Grand Paris-Nord University Hospital Campus (CHUSOGPN) to open in 2028, comprising:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A hospital that will bring together the medical, surgical and obstetric activities of the Bichat (Paris 18th arrondissement) and Beaujon (Clichy) sites in 2028<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A university site bringing together teaching, research and training activities for future healthcare professionals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This summer, ETF is joining forces with the teams at CARDEM \u00cele-de-France Nord (a subsidiary of VINCI Construction in France) on the project to dismantle and decontaminate the former Stellantis factory in St Ouen-sur-Seine (93).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":5,"featured_media":88221,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[202,190],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-12481542","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-agence-idf-en","category-etf-services-en"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
