After three years of studies and construction work, this project is now complete and the first test trains are already running. The objectives of these dynamic tests are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>to check the gauges,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ensure that the railway signalling system is working properly,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>validate that the trains are operating correctly in conjunction with the railway infrastructure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>To carry out this project, our clients were able to rely on a 100% VINCI Construction consortium in France, with ETF teams for the track and catenary work and Eurovia IDF\/Watelet TP teams for the civil engineering work. A total of 16 km of track was laid, comprising 1,600 rails measuring 18 metres in length and more than 40,000 sleepers!
