Like Fred and Jamy’s famous truck in \u2018C’est pas sorcier\u2019, ETF has its own training truck dedicated to the overhead line profession.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A true vehicle for best practices, since 2019 the \u2018CAM CAT\u2019 has enabled continuous improvement in skills and maintenance of production on our sites. Mainly used during off-peak periods or while waiting for consignment, this mobile training centre supports our operational staff in the field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The CAM CAT adapts to the specific needs of each site and is constantly updated to enable employees to practise their skills in a practical way before going to the work site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As improving the skills of our teams is a key factor in their professional success, the catenary agency based in Lisses (91) also provides training facilities. Located directly within the agency, these facilities are mandatory, particularly for training in working at height and operating machinery. In addition, these facilities are used by the mechanical department to restart machinery after maintenance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At ETF, we are committed to the health and safety of our employees on a daily basis, and this starts with their training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
