As part of the project, rail welding training has been provided in France to Chemins de fer de Bok\u00e9 (CFB), the operating company.\n\nThe improvement of this infrastructure will enable mining operators to export an additional 24 million tonnes of bauxite per year via this corridor, bringing the total capacity to 40 million tonnes per year.
