For the first time, ETF Services is joining the innovation programme with an ambitious project: automating staff planning using artificial intelligence. One of our employees has embarked on this adventure, accompanied by a dedicated coach and a mentor supervising three other projects in the AI programme. Together, they are working to design an innovative solution that will improve operational performance and quality of life at work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Intensive and collaborative learning<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Following the launch seminar, participants took part in two days of intensive training focused on the fundamentals of AI and the initial development of their projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The programme, which will last 6 to 7 months, will alternate between courses on Python programming, practical exercises and collaborative sessions, leading up to the final presentation scheduled for June 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A strategic challenge for ETF Services<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

With nearly 300 employees working in the field and around 100 projects carried out each year, human resources planning is a daily challenge for ETF Services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This project aims to develop an intelligent decision-making tool capable of simulating different scenarios, proposing optimised schedules and supporting planners in their choices, while placing human expertise at the centre of the process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But the ambition goes further: this is a true organisational transformation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This project will streamline the exchange of information between the workload plan, site schedules and the overall schedule, providing a unified and consistent view of the business.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
