Alice, Head of Studies at ETF, has DYS disorders (dyslexia and dysorthography) and showed how it is possible to work normally thanks to the implementation of specific adjustments that make her daily professional life easier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this film, Alice recounts her personal and professional journey, from the discovery of her disorders to her career at ETF, accompanied by the company and the Trajeo&#8217;h association.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<div style=\"height:46px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left\">Fun workshops on disability<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>ETF offered several immersive awareness-raising workshops, led by Trajeo&#8217;h, to give employees a better understanding of the realities faced by people with disabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the Rueil-Malmaison headquarters, the \u2018D\u00e9s Ronds\u2019 workshop gave employees the opportunity to discover an interactive quiz game designed to combat prejudices about disability. Through fun scenarios, it promotes awareness, provides information on different types of disability and presents the main means of compensation available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the Beauchamp site, the \u2018Handi L\u00e9go\u2019 workshop invited participants to build a Lego model while being placed in a situation of disability (visual, auditory, motor, cognitive, etc.). Three employees wanted to share their daily lives for a day with people with disabilities, offering a special opportunity to discuss their work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery their RQTH status, and provide information and reassurance about integration.
