Our teams at the Atlantique agency replaced these track devices and renewed 2 km of ballast (ballast renewal) and 1.5 km of rail (rail renewal).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the same time, our catenary experts ensured the electrical safety of the site, in particular by carrying out pole operations, which are essential for the safety of the teams working on the tracks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A project carried out on several busy tracks<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The specific nature of this project lay in the simultaneous management of four separate, busy tracks, resulting in frequent changes of work areas, sometimes several times a week, or even during the same day. The operations were carried out with constant consideration for the constraints of rail traffic and required rigorous organisation to ensure continuity of service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Multi-disciplinary coordination<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The success of the operations was based on close coordination between the various ETF trades \u2014 catenary, track and safety services provided by ETF Services \u2014 as well as on the support of La Champenoise for the PEM\/LEM with operators and the Agence Travaux M\u00e9canis\u00e9s, mobilising heavy equipment (in particular the bi-crane and the stabilisation module called MASS).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Several intensive operations were successfully carried out over the weekends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These interventions, mobilising up to 250 people, made it possible to optimise deadlines and production time on the site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The last RAVI project of 2025, the Ch\u00e2tellerault operation mobilised several areas of ETF expertise in order to meet the technical requirements of the project, in compliance with safety and quality rules and the operating constraints of the national rail network.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Since June 2025, ETF teams have been working at Ch\u00e2tellerault station on the Paris\u2013Bordeaux line as part of the RAVI (Renewal of Industrialised Track Equipment) contract.
