Cette \u201csortie de chantier\u201d repr\u00e9sente chaque ann\u00e9e des volumes consid\u00e9rables, que la fili\u00e8re a appris \u00e0 mieux conna\u00eetre, mieux trier et mieux valoriser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember546\">Le ballast, mat\u00e9riau le plus volumineux sur un chantier de renouvellement, est aujourd\u2019hui l\u2019un des mieux ma\u00eetris\u00e9s. La m\u00e9thode historique, r\u00e9alis\u00e9e directement sur la voie, ne permettait qu\u2019un r\u00e9emploi limit\u00e9. Les nouvelles unit\u00e9s mobiles install\u00e9es \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 des chantiers ouvrent une autre voie : elles trient, lavent et contr\u00f4lent le ballast en continu, dans un circuit ferm\u00e9 qui limite la consommation d\u2019eau et am\u00e9liore la qualit\u00e9 du mat\u00e9riau obtenu. Cette approche r\u00e9duit les transports, diminue l\u2019extraction de granulats neufs et permet de r\u00e9utiliser une part significative du ballast sur le m\u00eame chantier. Compactes et d\u00e9ploy\u00e9es au plus pr\u00e8s du besoin, ces unit\u00e9s s\u2019int\u00e8grent dans le rythme des travaux sans en perturber l\u2019organisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<div class=\"oembed\">\n\t<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Recyclage du ballast sur la ligne Dijon - Paris\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/Te0IeLdiUNg?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember546\">Elle s\u2019appuie \u00e9galement sur des rames dites \u00ab double flux \u00bb, capables de transporter \u00e0 la fois du ballast neuf et du ballast usag\u00e9. Toujours charg\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019aller comme au retour, elles r\u00e9duisent le nombre de wagons mobilis\u00e9s et simplifient la logistique, tout en offrant plusieurs d\u00e9bouch\u00e9s au ballast extrait, qu\u2019il soit recalibr\u00e9 pour un r\u00e9emploi ferroviaire ou orient\u00e9 vers des usages de sous-couche, notamment routiers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<div class=\"oembed\">\n\t<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"La rame double flux\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/Xrr0mylUxLw?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&#8230; Aux rails : quand la d\u00e9pose devient une nouvelle mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour les rails, la dynamique est diff\u00e9rente : leur recyclage est une pratique ancienne et bien \u00e9tablie dans la fili\u00e8re, qui s\u2019appuie sur un circuit industriel solide capable de transformer l\u2019acier d\u00e9pos\u00e9 en mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re r\u00e9utilisable. Traditionnellement, les rails d\u00e9pos\u00e9s sont achemin\u00e9s en base arri\u00e8re puis d\u00e9coup\u00e9s en coupons courts avant d\u2019\u00eatre dirig\u00e9s vers les fili\u00e8res de recyclage. \u00c0 cela s\u2019ajoutent aujourd\u2019hui des m\u00e9thodes de r\u00e9emploi comme REVO, qui consistent \u00e0 conserver les rails en grandes longueurs, d\u00e9coup\u00e9es selon les besoins du client, puis reconditionn\u00e9es pour \u00eatre repos\u00e9es sur des sections du r\u00e9seau moins sollicit\u00e9es. Le tri est anticip\u00e9. La logistique est pens\u00e9e en amont. Chaque mati\u00e8re a un d\u00e9bouch\u00e9 d\u00e9fini. La tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 passe par des plateformes num\u00e9riques comme Waste Marketplace, qui documentent les flux en temps r\u00e9el. Dans les projets int\u00e9gr\u00e9s comme le RRI, cette logique est inscrite d\u00e8s la pr\u00e9paration : elle n\u2019est plus un appendice, mais un \u00e9l\u00e9ment de la m\u00e9thode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember476\">ETF structure ses propres fili\u00e8res en s\u2019appuyant sur des partenariats industriels, comme ceux nou\u00e9s avec AFC Recycling, qui permettent de traiter et de r\u00e9employer les mat\u00e9riaux directement \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 des chantiers, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des unit\u00e9s mobiles de tri et de lavage. La tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 num\u00e9rique, assur\u00e9e via Waste Marketplace, offre un suivi pr\u00e9cis des volumes, des d\u00e9bouch\u00e9s et des fili\u00e8res utilis\u00e9es, ce qui s\u00e9curise la qualit\u00e9 et la conformit\u00e9 des op\u00e9rations.
