The aim of the event was to raise awareness of a sector that is key to the future of mobility and to convey the passion of those who work in it on a daily basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thanks to a dynamic and interactive format, the students were able to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Talk directly to professionals from a variety of backgrounds,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Take part in an immersive programme showcasing ETF\u2019s areas of expertise,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Discover the wide range of career opportunities on offer, from work placements to the Graduate Programme, including work-study schemes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A powerful tool for identifying talent<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With an audience ranging from A-level to Master\u2019s degree level, this after-work event provided a unique opportunity to meet the next generation of talent in the rail sector. The ETF teams were thus able to talk to motivated candidates, collect numerous CVs and spark the interest of young people wishing to pursue a career in civil engineering and transport infrastructure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ETF, committed to supporting the younger generations<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Through this initiative, ETF reaffirms its commitment to training and supporting the professionals of tomorrow.
