Champenoise has been awarded \u20ac8 million of this contract worth around \u20ac19 million, marking its biggest project of the year and its ambition to become a benchmark in south-eastern France.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Champenoise is delivering a turnkey project to its client, mobilising several agencies to ensure its success, including ETF Travaux M\u00e9canis\u00e9s Sud-Est, Travaux M\u00e9canis\u00e9s Atlantique, Travaux M\u00e9canis\u00e9s France, GC SIG and Feroway, and benefiting from the synergy of the VINCI Group with Vermot TP on the Eurovia side.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"713\" height=\"535\" src=\"https:\/\/www.etf.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/1070376-713x535.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5488623\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.etf.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/1070376-713x535.jpg 713w, https:\/\/www.etf.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/1070376-250x188.jpg 250w, https:\/\/www.etf.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/1070376-526x395.jpg 526w, https:\/\/www.etf.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/1070376-1536x1153.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/www.etf.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/1070376-2048x1537.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 713px) 100vw, 713px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>These major works, scheduled from 4 March to 8 July 2024, are being carried out on a closed line, ensuring optimum safety for the teams and the quality of the end result. Champenoise&#8217;s mission is to optimise the performance of the rail network while guaranteeing the regularity and safety of journeys.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-ec4d5e35a19520b194b994cb824a3800\" style=\"color:#004488\">The project in a few figures<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>renewal of 22.5 km of track<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>replacement of 9 turnouts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 km of platform undergoing major refurbishment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>making Besan\u00e7on Moulli\u00e8re station accessible to people with reduced mobility for the civil engineering section<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Feroway&#8217;s dedicated rail safety teams worked alongside the construction teams throughout the project. In particular, they ensured the closure of level crossings and the safe derailment of site machinery. They also played a key role in the smooth running of the works by managing the routing and operation of the work trains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aware of the environmental challenges, Champenoise is incorporating measures that respect the protected areas crossed by the line, and is committed to obtaining the environmental label for the worksite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ETF would like to congratulate its
