During periods of reduced activity, ETF&#8217;s RATP teams lend a hand to their German colleagues. As a result, AGT is able to respond to more tenders thanks to the occasional reinforcement of their French colleagues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is a fine example of optimising resources to enhance ETF&#8217;s overall performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This partnership resulted in an initial success at the end of 2023. Three employees from the \u00cele-de-France agency travelled to Germany to support AGT on their largest projects:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>480m of RVB at G\u00fcldenen Wingert<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500m of RR on Tanneberger Stra\u00dfe<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Several one-off operations on the Darmstadt tram network.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"951\" height=\"535\" src=\"https:\/\/www.etf.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/RATP-AGT-edited-951x535.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-524175\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.etf.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/RATP-AGT-edited-951x535.jpg 951w, https:\/\/www.etf.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/RATP-AGT-edited-250x141.jpg 250w, https:\/\/www.etf.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/RATP-AGT-edited-702x395.jpg 702w, https:\/\/www.etf.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/RATP-AGT-edited.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 951px) 100vw, 951px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>During these two intensive weeks, the German and French teams had the opportunity to meet, discuss working methods, pool their expertise and share moments of conviviality. The feedback was unanimous: the experience was extremely positive. It underlines the importance of moving forward together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This fine example of Franco-German synergy will continue and be strengthened over the coming years!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
