{"id":71422,"date":"2022-06-28T10:40:00","date_gmt":"2022-06-28T08:40:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.etf.fr\/?p=71422"},"modified":"2025-09-30T11:07:34","modified_gmt":"2025-09-30T09:07:34","slug":"etf-to-renew-675-km-of-rail-over-5-years","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.etf.fr\/en\/actualites-en\/etf-to-renew-675-km-of-rail-over-5-years\/","title":{"rendered":"ETF to renew 675 km of rail over 5 years"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>ETF wins an RRI (Industrialized Rail Renewal) contract from <em>SNCF R\u00e9seau<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Renewal by industrial method of 135 km\/year of rails and fasteners on the 2 lines of the national network&#8217;s standard lines.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Main contract worth \u20ac118 million for 5-year period with an option to extend for 3 years and a maximum amount of \u20ac239 million.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>On Tuesday 17 May, <em>SNCF R\u00e9seau<\/em> awarded Lot No. 2 of the RRI (Industrialized Rail Renewal) contract to ETF, a VINCI construction rail subsidiary).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This contract, worth almost \u20ac24 million per year, will begin in January 2024 for an initial period of five years, with an option to extend for three years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An average of 270 km\/year of rail (135 km\/year per rail line) will be replaced each year thanks to ETF&#8217;s REVO (rails and fasteners replacement machine) work train, and a new 432-metre rail transport train that will both transport new rail and reload old rail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link has-white-color has-vivid-red-background-color has-text-color has-background\" href=\"\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Download the  press release<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ETF wins an RRI (Industrialized Rail Renewal) contract from SNCF R\u00e9seau Renewal by industrial method of 135 km\/year of rails&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":5,"featured_media":65957,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[191,2],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-71422","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-actualites-en","category-actualites"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
