This network of mentors, a genuine lever for on-the-job training, embodies learning and skills development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This year&#8217;s event covered a number of topics:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A look back at the actions taken in 2024<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Appointment of seven new \u2018Aiguilleurs\u2019 to strengthen the network and support more employees<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Focus on innovation with the presentation of Leonard and VINCI&#8217;s latest advances<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inspirational workshops to structure actions as trainers and relays with schools, in particular with the \u2018Vis ma vie\u2019 initiatives, AFEST and worksite visits<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>And much, much more\u2026<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A big thank you to all our
