VINCI Construction after-work event: a successful immersion in the railway industry
On 27 March 2025, the French Networks division of VINCI Construction organised an immersive after-work event at Leonard, VINCI’s forward-looking and innovative space. This event, dedicated to discovering careers in public works, brought together more than 110 students eager to explore this rapidly changing sector.
A moment of exchange and transmission
Participants had the opportunity to talk to ETF experts and gain a better understanding of the specific features of the railway industry. The aim? To raise awareness among the talent of tomorrow of a strategic sector for sustainable mobility in France.
The interactive format of the event allowed students to discover the railway sector through:
- Meetings with passionate professionals,
- An immersive journey highlighting ETF’s expertise,
- A spotlight on the various career opportunities: internships, work-study programmes and the Graduate Programme.
An enriching after-work event for recruitment
With an audience ranging from high school level to Master’s level, this event was a real opportunity to spot talent. ETF was thus able to collect many promising CVs and inspire vocations among young people interested in railways and public works.
