It’s official: Strasbourg is just 1 hour and 50 minutes from Paris!

On 30 June 2016, the EPSF (Etablissement Public de Sécurité Ferroviaire) issued the authorisation for commercial operation of the European High-Speed Line East phase 2 between Baudrecourt (Moselle 57) and Vendenheim (Bas-Rhin 67). Connecting to the existing LGV East European phase 1, this 106 km line connects Paris to Strasbourg in 1 hour 50 minutes.
