ETF’s first Graduate Program Convention

The event, which brought together almost 40 graduates from the fields of finance, works management, equipment and aspiring site managers, was a unique opportunity to discuss with management and HR teams their role within the company and the challenges facing the rail sector.

Since its launch in 2019, the ETF Graduate Program has been constantly evolving to offer young talent the best possible training and support.

A number of collaborative workshops have been organised to meet graduates’ expectations and the sector’s requirements as closely as possible. These interactive sessions provided an opportunity to gather innovative ideas and devise new initiatives to make the programme even more attractive and rewarding.

One of the highlights of the convention was the sharing of experiences and inspiring testimonials from graduates who have benefited from the programme. This feedback strengthened the spirit of the class and created a dynamic of mutual support and networking within the community of ETF graduates.
