Training of our ground teams in the use of digital tools
ETF has set up training dedicated to the mastery of digital tools for its field teams thanks to the PIX platform. This initiative aims to diagnose the digital skills of employees and facilitate access to HR tools, which are essential on a daily basis.
The PIX training is mainly aimed at employees who encounter difficulties or feel reluctant to use digital tools. It allows us to identify the areas for improvement necessary for the optimal use of the HR tools MyPeopleDoc and E-HR.
- MyPeopleDoc allows employees to access their employee space to consult and download their payslips and HR documents.
- E-HR offers them simplified leave management, the updating of their personal information and secure document sharing.
Deployed as close as possible to our agencies and worksites, the training received very positive feedback. Jean M’NEMOSYME appreciated the ‘autonomy acquired’ and Moussa COULIBALY emphasised the ‘mutual assistance and availability of the trainers’. The favourable atmosphere encouraged all participants to progress, as Daniel SMAGGH shared: ‘Each person can improve at their own pace thanks to PIX.’
