International Women’s Rights Day 2019

On International Women’s Day, ETF is committed to diversity and equal opportunities. The railway and construction industries have for too long been considered predominantly male. Today, more and more women are entering these professions, and our mission is to support and empower them. We will be able to achieve this goal thanks to all of our employees. ETF is opening its ideation platform for one month. All company employees will be able to submit their ideas, comments and suggestions regarding the feminisation of our professions. We will then be able to review these ideas and implement concrete, targeted actions. This day is also an opportunity for ETF to join forces with VINCI in its commitment to the ‘ELLES BOUGENT’ association, whose aim is to combat stereotypes and promote gender diversity in companies in the industrial and technological sectors.
