Our Signalmen gather for their annual convention

The ETF signalmen recently gathered for their annual convention, a privileged moment of exchange, sharing and conviviality.

At the heart of knowledge transfer, the Aiguilleurs play a key role in supporting our employees. This network of mentors, a genuine lever for on-the-job training, embodies learning and skills development.

This year’s event covered a number of topics:

• A look back at the actions taken in 2024
• Appointment of seven new ‘Aiguilleurs’ to strengthen the network and support more employees
• Focus on innovation with the presentation of Leonard and VINCI’s latest advances
• Inspirational workshops to structure actions as trainers and relays with schools, in particular with the ‘Vis ma vie’ initiatives, AFEST and worksite visits
