As part of the project to transfer Nantes’ state railway activities to the Blottereau site, SNCF Réseau has selected the ETF/UNIFER consortium for the AT01 contract.
This contract includes the installation of the entire new railway network, as well as its connection to the existing network. In figures:
- 20 km of new track, including 18 km laid on a dedicated site using the ETF SPAC system
- More than 60 pieces of track equipment
- 5 intensive operations throughout the project for the connections
- More than 45,000 tonnes of ballast from the Kleber Moreau quarries (Eurovia)
This project will span a period of three years, with a very high level of activity in 2020, and will mobilise up to 100 people during certain phases. The teams at the Atlantique agency are already working hard to ensure the success of this major project, for which SNCF Réseau and SYSTRA have once again placed their trust in ETF.
