EOLE Project July 2017

As part of the EOLE project, a consortium comprising 100% Vinci companies (TPI as lead contractor; ETF; Botte) completed the first phase of work on the La Défense RER station on behalf of RATP in July. ETF’s RATP division removed part of the station’s central tracks to enable TPI to lay a reinforcement slab. The ETF teams then reinstalled the tracks to complete this first stage within the deadline set by the client. As the station remained in operation, the nuisances caused by this project were identified and dealt with in advance in order to minimise the impact on passengers. The consortium also received congratulations from the RATP for its good management and the success of this first phase.
