RATP has signed a €32 million contract with the consortium led by TSO and ETF to build the railway infrastructure for the eastern extension of line 11 of the Paris metro, from Mairie des Lilas to Rosny-sous-Bois. As part of this project, the TSO/ETF consortium will build 12.4 km of metro tracks (2 x 6 km extension), the entire guidance system, as well as the track dedicated to train maintenance and walkways on either side of the tunnel. From Mairie des Lilas to Rosny-Bois-Perrier, the Line 11 extension project covers 6 km, including 5.4 km in commercial operation. It is being carried out jointly by RATP and Île-de-France Mobilités and represents an investment of €1.3 billion, financed by the French government, the Île-de-France region, Société du Grand Paris, the Seine-Saint-Denis departmental council, RATP and the city of Paris.
