ETF commits to employing people with disabilities at the SEEPH
European Disability Employment Week (EDEW) took place from 18 to 24 November 2025. As every year, our disability advisors worked to raise awareness among ETF employees by highlighting the actions taken by ETF and, more broadly, the VINCI Group to promote inclusion.
This week was punctuated by a programme of immersive and educational initiatives designed to inform, exchange ideas and encourage a better understanding of the realities of disability in the workplace.
Screening of a documentary film: ‘Moving forward after cancer’
Discover Youssouf’s journey throughout his battle with cancer, accompanied by ETF and the Trajeo’h association; a deeply moving experience.
This film highlights the importance of supporting employees with disabilities or debilitating illnesses, particularly in the context of professional redeployment. It sends a powerful message that together we can overcome challenges and build an inclusive professional future.
Awareness webinars
Virtual reality workshops
Organised at the Beauchamp site and the head office in Rueil-Malmaison, virtual reality workshops invited our employees to put themselves in the shoes of or understand a person with a disability. It was a powerful immersion experience that helped them understand the daily challenges these people face.
Discussions with Trajeo’h
At the end of the SEEPH, a discussion session was organised with Trajeo’h, giving employees the opportunity to ask any questions they had about disabling illnesses, disabilities and the support measures available.
At ETF, we are committed to breaking down taboos surrounding disability, encouraging open discussion and creating an inclusive and supportive working environment.
