A look back at the ETF Annual Convention for Signalmen
Comme chaque année, les aiguilleurs d’ETF se sont réunis ce vendredi 30 janvier 2026 à la maison de la RATP pour leur convention annuelle. Un moment d’échange et de partage pour les 53 personnes présentes.
As a reminder, mentors are a network of experts recognised within ETF for their experience in the field. Each mentor volunteers to share their knowledge and listen to their mentee.
For this new year, mentors were able to discover the application set up to monitor their mentees. This digital tool is much simpler and more effective than the information sheets used previously. Once again this year, the network is expanding: ETF is pleased to welcome three new mentors, thereby strengthening the dynamic of sharing and passing on expertise.
The convention concluded with a presentation by Olivier Saiz, Director of Track at RATP, who looked back on his career and the organisation within RATP.
