SEEPH 2025: ETF continues its commitment to inclusion by raising awareness of neurodiversity: DYS disorders, ADHD and autism

Publié le 21 November 2025

During European Disability Employment Week (EDEW), held from 17 to 21 November 2025, ETF reaffirmed its commitment to the inclusion of people with disabilities, particularly with regard to invisible disabilities in the workplace. Throughout the week, ETF’s disability representatives mobilised teams to raise awareness, provide information and promote the actions taken by the company and the VINCI Group./strong>

The 2025 edition highlighted an essential and still largely overlooked topic: neurodiversity, particularly various disorders such as DYS, ADHD and autism.

‘My DYS disorders do not define me’: Alice’s story

A highlight of the week was the broadcast of Alice’s testimony. Alice, Head of Studies at ETF, has DYS disorders (dyslexia and dysorthography) and showed how it is possible to work normally thanks to the implementation of specific adjustments that make her daily professional life easier.

In this film, Alice recounts her personal and professional journey, from the discovery of her disorders to her career at ETF, accompanied by the company and the Trajeo’h association.

Fun workshops on disability

ETF offered several immersive awareness-raising workshops, led by Trajeo’h, to give employees a better understanding of the realities faced by people with disabilities.

At the Rueil-Malmaison headquarters, the ‘Dés Ronds’ workshop gave employees the opportunity to discover an interactive quiz game designed to combat prejudices about disability. Through fun scenarios, it promotes awareness, provides information on different types of disability and presents the main means of compensation available.

At the Beauchamp site, the ‘Handi Légo’ workshop invited participants to build a Lego model while being placed in a situation of disability (visual, auditory, motor, cognitive, etc.). This simulation helped them to better understand the difficulties encountered on a daily basis and to identify the necessary adaptations in the workplace.

Webinars: exploring the challenges of neurodiversity in the workplace

The webinar led by the Trajeo’h team, ‘Understanding neurodiversity’, aimed to lay the foundations: defining neurodiversity, presenting the different disorders (DYS, ADHD, autism) and explaining the support mechanisms that exist.

To conclude, a specialist in neurodiversity in the workplace explored the levers for sustainable inclusion: adapted communication, work organisation, inclusive management and valuing individual differences.

DUODAY

For the third consecutive year, ETF took part in DuoDay. Three employees wanted to share their daily lives for a day with people with disabilities, offering a special opportunity to discuss their work.

Handi Chantier Quarter Hour

A Handi Chantier kit was distributed to our employees in the field for a quarter of an hour of awareness-raising on disability and neurodiversity, through a fun and interactive module.

The awareness campaigns and actions carried out each year at ETF aim to encourage open discussion, encourage certain employees to declare their RQTH status, and provide information and reassurance about integration. They support the continued employment of people with disabilities in the workplace.
