Rail connection for the Holcim cement plant in Obourg

ETF has completed a new rail connection for Infrabel (Luxembourg’s rail network operator) to the Holcim cement plant in Obourg, as well as embankment support works for TucRail.

This project, which aims to increase the speed of the line and create a new connection, is part of the GO 4 ZERO initiative for carbon-free cement production.

Our Luxembourg teams have multi-disciplinary know-how and expertise combining signalling, track works and civil engineering. The support of the catenary agency enabled them to offer a comprehensive, turnkey solution.
