Our employees take up the Cancer@Work sporting challenge once again
Since 2023, VINCI Construction has been a partner of Cancer@Work, an association that supports companies in promoting the inclusion of people with long-term illnesses. This initiative works to promote the integration and retention in employment of people affected by cancer or chronic illness.
Following the success of previous editions, enthusiasm was once again high this year: 80 volunteer employees, divided into 8 teams, took up the challenge throughout June! Thanks to their determination, they covered 31,478 kilometres by walking, running or cycling.
Throughout the challenge, participants accumulated points via an app by doing physical activities and answering quizzes. It was a fun way to combine sport, team spirit and social commitment.
Funds to support return to work
Beyond the sporting challenge, this initiative directly contributes to funding concrete actions: each team commits €600, of which €500 is donated to Cancer@Work to fund return-to-work workshops for people affected by cancer or chronic illness.
A daily commitment to inclusion
This event symbolises the commitment of ETF and VINCI Construction to building sustainable and inclusive career paths. This commitment is reflected throughout the year in concrete actions such as job adjustments, training programmes for managers and raising awareness among teams about these key issues.

Well done to all the participants for their performance and solidarity!
