64 hours for Operation Coup de Poing in Ambérieu-en-Bugey

Publié le 3 October 2023

Ambérieu en Bugey, un chantier mémorable pour ETF ! Les équipes de La Champenoise ont brillamment mené à bien cette mission.

The Champagne-based company carried out:

• 304ml of ballast renewal (RVB)

• The replacement of five track devices

• Ballast renewal under a track device as additional work.

The overall deadline of 44 days, which began on 30/05/23, was met with flying colours. Special mention must be made of the 63-hour Operation Coup de Poing (OCP) on 14/07/23 for the renewal of track equipment (RAV) and related civil engineering works (GC), a true technical feat. All the teams, as well as our partners, deployed their resources to ensure the success of the project.

Our preparation enabled us to ensure the reliability of all scenarios, in particular by scheduling our two Heavy Mechanical Jams (BML) planned for the end of the OCP.
