ETF, acting as agent, is carrying out work for its client SNCF Réseau on section 1 Saint Benoit – Lathus (86) of the Poitiers-Limoges line. The aim of this project is to restore the line to its original operating speeds. As part of the 2017-2030 Railway Investment Plan (PDIFer), numerous branch lines are being renovated throughout the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region.

Every year, during maintenance and modernisation work on railway networks, large quantities of materials are discarded. Rather than treating them as waste, ETF is fully committed to a circular economy approach to recover these materials and give them a second life.

On catenary construction sites, every detail counts. To improve efficiency and reliability, ETF recently rolled out a simple but impactful innovation: the digitisation of assembly manuals, allowing field teams to access plans directly from the catenary poles.
