On 17 February 2026, during the safety certification ceremony organised by the @Société des grands projets, the ETF teams were awarded the ‘exemplary construction sites’ certification for their work on the south-western section of line 15.

An unprecedented construction project for the capital

With a length of 75 kilometres, metro line 15 will form a veritable ring road around Paris. Its 36 stations make it the longest metro line in France. It will carry more than 1.5 million passengers every day.

In May 2020, ETF was commissioned to build the track, catenary systems and tunnel equipment on the southern section. This part of the project includes 17 kilometres of tunnels and 10 stations between Pont de Sèvres and Les Ardoines. ETF’s work was completed in mid-2024. ETF is now managing the site, including the movement of construction trains, signalling operations and the management of temporary tunnel installations.

A collective success

This label highlights the various measures implemented by ETF teams to ensure the safety of all employees on the construction site. A rigorous safety monitoring system has been put in place, with daily briefings, monthly 15-minute safety meetings, dedicated training and regular support from managers.

This distinction once again demonstrates ETF’s commitment to ever safer construction sites that are conducive to the success of our employees’ missions.
