Designed for recent graduates, our programmes offer a gradual induction, rapid skills development and hands-on experience in the workplace, through four permanent contract pathways:
- Trainee Site Manager
- Construction Management
- Finance
- Equipment
Each Graduate Programme combines operational and cross-functional assignments across different agencies, dedicated training periods at the ETF Academy, personalised support from an experienced mentor and an HR liaison, as well as group events designed to encourage discussion and help you build your professional network.
