‘Local Manager’ Training Course – ETF Academy
ETF Academy has completed the ‘Local Manager’ training course. This training brought together team leaders from the ETF Services, GPTUF, Zone Dense, Atlantique and Sud Est agencies.
Objective: Developing Employability and Versatility
The main objective of this training course was to develop the employability and versatility of our team leaders, with a view to improving the agility of ETF’s business. The training focused on the acquisition of essential tools and working methods.
Specific Professional Skills and an Eco-Responsible Approach
Our team leaders were challenged to integrate specific professional skills, including the use of digital tools. Emphasis was also placed on an eco-responsible approach in their daily practices. This is a necessary evolution in order to respond to current challenges in a responsible manner.
Field Practice: Multi-Trade Railway Construction Site
The training also allowed our participants to put their knowledge into practice in the field by working on the preparation and organisation of a multi-trade railway construction site. This practical experience was crucial for understanding the requirements of each trade.
Congratulations to the New Experts
We congratulate our team leaders who have successfully completed this training. A big thank you also goes to our dedicated tutors for their support and guidance in the field, ensuring a successful transition to the practical application of the skills acquired.
The completion of this training marks an important step in strengthening the skills of our teams. We look forward to seeing how these new skills will contribute to the continued development of ETF.
