The ETF teams are once again rallying for the Cancer@Work 2026 challenge

For several years now, VINCI Construction has been a partner of the Cancer@Work charity, which works alongside businesses to promote the inclusion of people living with long-term illnesses. This initiative aims to support their return to work and encourage them to remain in a suitable and supportive working environment.

Building on the success of previous years, the ETF teams have once again risen to the challenge: 100 volunteer staff members, divided into 10 teams, have been working hard throughout June to take on this charity challenge. Together, they have already covered 14,566 kilometres on foot, running or by bike, demonstrating a collective commitment that remains as strong as ever.

Throughout the challenge, participants earned points via a dedicated app by taking part in physical activities and completing quizzes. A fun approach that combines sport, team spirit and raising awareness of a vital cause.

Practical support for patient care

Beyond the sporting achievement, this initiative provides financial support to Cancer@Work to help it run workshops designed to help people affected by cancer or a chronic illness return to work.

A collective approach focused on wellbeing at work

Beyond its commitment to solidarity, this challenge illustrates ETF’s desire to promote well-being at work on a day-to-day basis. The event strengthened bonds between staff and fostered a positive team spirit.

Open to everyone, whatever their fitness level, this initiative promotes regular and inclusive physical activity, helping to strike a balance between work and personal life for everyone. Combining team spirit, a friendly atmosphere and the drive to push oneself, this challenge is fully in line with a wider approach aimed at creating a healthy, dynamic and unifying working environment.

Well done to all the participants for their energy and commitment !
