On 26 May 2026, VINCI Construction’s French Networks division is organising an after-work event at Leonard (12th arrondissement, Paris), VINCI’s centre for foresight and innovation.

ETF has been commissioned by SNCF Réseau between September 2024 and June 2026 to carry out a complete upgrade of the civil engineering and railway signalling infrastructure between Moret-Veneux-les-Sablons (77) and Montereau-Fault-Yonne (77) stations, covering a distance of 11 kilometres.

From 20 April to 1 May, ETF teams worked tirelessly, round the clock, on the Les Halles – Barbès-Rochechouart section. The operation involved replacing three sets of points, including a junction and a connection essential to the day-to-day operation of the line.

ETF’s catenary teams contributed to the construction of Line B of the Brest tramway by carrying out all the catenary work for this infrastructure. The project, which began in December 2023, proceeded according to schedule, culminating in the line’s entry into service on 14 February. The project was led by Brest Métropole, the project owner, with Mobi Brest acting as project manager.

From January to the end of April 2026, teams from La Champenoise carried out a major project in Savoie: the renewal of 2,500 metres of track and the replacement of six sets of points at Aix-les-Bains station, a strategic junction where lines 897 000 (Aix-les-Bains – Annemasse) and 900 000 (Culoz – Modane).

ETF Luxembourg and its partner GCF have been commissioned by the Luxembourg National Railway Company (CFL) to renew part of Line 6a between Bettembourg and Esch-sur-Alzette. For this project, the teams at ETF Luxembourg have opted for an innovative material: ‘green’ rail, a new generation of low-carbon steel.

At Onville station (54), north of Pont-à-Mousson, SNCF Réseau is carrying out a major programme to modernise the railway infrastructure as part of the national RAVI (Industrialised Track Equipment Renewal) contract. As the lead contractor for the project, ETF is replacing seven sets of track equipment and one kilometre of track, playing an active role in the modernisation of the network in Meurthe-et-Moselle.

To ensure the reliability and availability of its rolling stock, ETF carries out regular maintenance work on its locomotives. These maintenance operations are rarely highlighted, but they are vital for the safety of our staff on the ground and the smooth running of our projects.
